Service description
ABC Park provides valet parking services at the locations listed on this site. By using our service, you agree to these terms. These terms apply whether you reserve online, by phone, or arrive as a walk-up.
User obligations
You confirm that you hold a valid driver's license and that the vehicle you park with us is legally registered, insured, and operable. You agree to provide accurate vehicle information at booking. You are responsible for the contents of your vehicle.
Booking and reservations
Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, or through partner platforms. A reservation reserves a spot during the time window you select. Reservations are non-transferable, and the vehicle on the reservation must match the vehicle delivered to our valet. We may decline reservations or refuse service if the vehicle is unsafe to operate, exceeds our size limits, or appears to be involved in unlawful activity.
Pricing and payment
Rates are displayed at booking and may vary by location, time, and duration. Payment is collected at pickup unless prepaid through a partner platform. We accept major credit and debit cards. Posted rates may change; the rate quoted at booking is the rate that applies to your reservation.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Contact us if you need to change a reservation. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
Liability and insurance
We carry garage-keepers liability insurance covering damage caused by our staff during the period your vehicle is in our care. Our liability for any single incident is limited to the lesser of (a) the cost of repair or (b) the actual cash value of the vehicle at the time of damage. Liability does not extend to incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use of the vehicle, missed appointments, or related expenses. We are not responsible for mechanical issues unrelated to our handling, pre-existing damage, or loss caused by acts beyond our reasonable control.
Items left in vehicle
We recommend taking valuables with you. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle, including electronics, documents, and personal belongings.
Vehicle condition and damage claims
Document any visible damage with our valet at drop-off so we have a shared record of your vehicle's condition. If damage occurs during your reservation, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and respond. Claims should be reported in writing within a reasonable time after pickup.
Modifications to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any concerns directly. If a dispute arises, please contact us first using the information on our Contact page. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct conversation, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith before pursuing other remedies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the relevant ABC Park location operates.
