Cancellations
Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Contact us promptly if you need to change a reservation; we make every effort to accommodate when space allows. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and the booking source (direct vs. partner platform).
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within five to ten business days, though processing timelines depend on your bank or card issuer.
No-show policy
If you do not arrive within a reasonable window of your reserved drop-off time and have not contacted us, we may release your spot. No-show refunds, if any, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Damage and disputes
For damage claims or service disputes, contact us promptly so we can investigate. We aim to resolve concerns directly. If a refund is part of the resolution, it follows the refund processing terms above.
Partner platform bookings
Reservations made through partner platforms (such as third-party booking sites) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of those platforms in addition to ours. Contact the platform you booked through for refund requests on those reservations.
